How soon can you use the driveway after being sealed?

Depending on the temperature. Walking and pets time 3-4 hours. Driving time and parking 24-48 hours. Ensuring the driveway cures fully.

How often should you sealcoat your driveway?

Sealcoating maintenance is bi-yearly. The best time to seal asphalt is during the warmer months when the temperature is above 50°F and the ground is dry. This allows the asphalt to properly cure and set.

What kind of sealer do we use?

We use only the highest quality professional grade sealer to create a superior seal, which adds years to the lifespan of your driveway.

What if we are not home?

Our crews can sealcoat your driveway while you are at work or even on vacation! No need to be home for hours waiting on a scheduled appointment.

What happens if it rains and we are on the schedule?

We will call you or text your phone for a convenient reschedule.

What time will the team be at our residence if you are on the schedule ?

We will be at your residence between 7am-4pm on the day of your appointment. Please have the vehicles you need to drive out the garage and off the driveway by the morning of your project thank you. The team will knock at your front door before we start. It’s hard for us to give the exact time the order of our jobs is necessary.

How do we clean your asphalt driveway?

We use power blowers to remove all dirt, debris, mulch, and dust from your driveway. We power edge the perimeter of your driveway to ensure we get the whole driveway sealed. Excellent preparation is key to ensure that the pavement sealer bonds properly on the asphalt driveway.

Do we fill cracks on the driveway?

Yes, we fill all cracks with state of the art rubber crack filler.
